🧩 Key Component Breakdown 1. Electronic Solenoid Valve Manifold This integrated unit combines the ECU and an 8-valve manifold, giving you independent control over each suspension air spring. It features 1/4" NPT ports for flexible plumbing and pre-labeled wiring for a hassle-free setup. The included wired remote works up to 10m (32.8ft) away, so you can adjust your ride height on the go. 2. 3 Gallon Seamless Aluminum Air Tank Crafted from lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum, this 3-gallon tank has a seamless design with dimensions of 500mm×168mm (length×diameter). It comes with 1/4" NPT ports for multi-point air distribution, and its factory pressure test to 220PSI ensures safe, leak-free operation. The tank’s mounting brackets have a spacing of 22cm (8.6") and sit 12cm (4.7") from the base, making it easy to fit under most vehicles.
3. 12V High Performance Air Compressor These chrome-finished compressors feature horizontal cooling fins and a trapezoidal head for efficient heat dissipation, ensuring consistent performance. Each unit runs on a 12V permanent magnetic motor, delivering a maximum working pressure of 200PSI and a 20A max current draw. At 72ºF, the compressor offers a 100% duty cycle at 100PSI and a 50% duty cycle at 200PSI. A 1/4" stainless steel braided leader hose with an inline check valve is included for reliable air delivery. The compact size (10.6" L × 6.87" H × 4" W) makes installation in tight spaces simple.
